My small scale test was successful, if a bit tiring, I'm sure you'll be glad to know. Hopefully, I'll be able to work it on a larger scale to give us quick access to the Outposts without depending on other technology, though I don't know yet how well it will hold up over distances. I'm encouraged by the initial results, however.

I have been here eight months without a single proper date. This castle is ruining my romantic prospects. At this rate, I'll end up old and alone, which is a fate so depressing I'd rather not think of it.

Oh, my. You know, it's been so long since I've done anything but cook for myself. If it's not bacon and eggs, I'd be satisfied.
