He's not an idiot. He knows the castle's MO by now. A place like this can hardly end well for anyone.
He barely bats an eye when he reaches the tunnel, and he enters it without hesitation. But when he gets halfway through, he stops abruptly, right in the middle of the narrow walkway. He puts his hands in his pockets and watches the blades twist around him as innocuously as someone might watch the clouds go by.]

No but the spikes on a wrought-iron fence have an obvious purpose where-as these seem to be for intimidation, protection or murder. [He pauses slightly, a smirk quirking at the corner of his lips]
Unless of course you believe we're standing above the kitchen and this is some sort of meat-grinder meant for food preparation for the former crew.
