Open Post: Gryffindor and Ravenclaw

[your common room is hidden behind the portrait of the Fat Lady. She will only open for you if you give the password. Once inside, you will get to hang out with lots of comfortable seats and a cheerful fire. The colors are in gold and red, all very warm and welcoming.

If any Gryffindors have issues, your Head of House will be around to help you!]

[your common room is up in a tower. An eagle doorknocker will only let you inside if you answer a riddle. The colors here are a cool blue. It can be a bit chilly because of being so high]

[Another change so soon? But they'd only just gotten out of Tokyo. What a strange place Paradisa is.

Stranger still, while Ohjiro's sitting beside a table, he's watching in utter fascination as his doll Wizard is moving entirely of his own accord in front of him- he had watched Wizard do a dance routine all too familiar to Ohjiro that they always did for Angelic Layer practice before.

Between Wizard's own movements, waking up in robes and having a wand on him? That only meant one thing. And even though it couldn't be read on Ohjiro's face, on the inside? He was a bit excited.]

[Mitsuru was making some tea on a table not far from Ohjiro was at. She raises an eyebrow at Wizard who was dancing. That's something she hasn't seen before in her world and in Paradisa]

[Wizard will finish the routine again with the dramatic end stance, making Ohjiro smile at him. Shame they didn't have the corny music to go with it.]

Guess we've practiced enough that you remember on your own, haven't we?

[Wizard will turn to face Mitsuru then, causing Ohjiro himself to look up at her.]

Oh, hello again.

Hello, Mihara. Might I ask who that is on the table?

[He'll glance down at Wizard, who would give a nod to Mitsuru.]

This is my angel, Wizard.

[Mitsuru nods in response to Wizard before she turned her attention to Ohjiro]

I see. I'm pleasantly surprised to see him animated like this.

[princeandwizard]

You aren't the only one. Usually he can't move like this unless he's on a Layer and I'm controlling his movements myself.

[He looks back up at Mitsuru.]

But here he doesn't need either of those. It's like he's... enchanted.

He does appear enchanted by the castle- this castle's magic.

[Mitsuru was curious about this Layer, but she's parking that question for a bit]

It's almost unbelievable. I never thought I'd ever see an angel move off of the Layer.

[He quietly chuckles.]

I can't help but wonder what my brother would think if he saw this.

Pardon me, but what is this Layer you speak of?

[princeandwizard]

[Goodness. One day he'll remember he can't go talking like everyone knows Angelic Layer like at home.]

It's a special area that allows angels to receive thoughts from their deus - their 'controller' in a sense - and allows them to move. It's the only surface that angels can properly move on.

[He smiles a bit at her while Wizard sits down at the edge of the table.]

Because of that, it's surprising that Wizard is able to move on his own here. He's even the one who woke me up.

I see. It is good to have a companion like him around, at least you wouldn't be alone.

[princeandwizard]

[He nods.]

It is a comfort having Wizard around. [He smiles a bit sheepshily.] I've found myself carrying him around more after my arrival in Paradisa. I'm not entirely sure why...

[He looks at Wizard, who looks back up at him.]

I'll just have to hope he doesn't distract me during classes.

[And Wizard will frown a bit. Really, Ohjiro? He knows better than that.]

I'm certain he wouldn't. You could leave him at the dormitories if you're really worried about having distractions.

[princeandwizard]

Oh, I'm not too concerned about the distractions. I'm sure Wizard would stay in my pocket until classes were over.

[He lays a hand next to Wizard- the doll deciding to climb up his arm and sit on Ohjiro's shoulder.]

And I'm not so sure I'd want to leave him behind when he's animated like this. I honestly may be more distracted from my classes just worrying about him.

Have you been to any classes so far? How are you fairing?

I think I may be feeling a little overwhelmed until I get used to being in a school of this caliber... An opportunity to study magic certainly doesn't happen everyday, does it?

What about you, Kirijo-san?

Understandable. It is a very different system to ours in Japan.

Switching classrooms is foreign to me, however I am doing fine academically.

[princeandwizard]

[He'll smile a bit again.] Taking classes in a castle seems a bit more foreign to me.

I believe I heard this school is in Great Britain... seems they do things quite differently than we do.

I have on occassion, though only for business so I never got to enjoy the sights. As with many places...

That's a shame, but I suppose it's the nature of business.

But I don't suppose the traveling with the castle is an adequate substitute?
