Rose: Apologize
[The following appears in the journal, handwritten in sparkly purple pen: ]
My deepest apologies to anyone who had their beloved cat stolen by me during this month’s Valentine’s chaos. I believe it goes without saying that I was not in my right mind, and I do hope that you will hold no animosity.

[Rose issues that PSA from the roof of the castle, where she is currently seated with a large book of astronomy, and a thermos of steaming tea. Stargazing without a telescope may be a less than accurate method, but Rose has good eyes, and the night is clear.]
It's immensely frustrating to imagine that there may be a complete galaxy there within our view, yet no resident can reach it. A bit like an aquarium, in the most morbid sense.
[She sips her tea for a couple of quiet moments.]
Of course, there's always the chance that the stars themselves aren't real at all.
... I admit, I'm curious - is there much of a body of research on it, currently?
