Vongola XXIV -- Dictated/Action for City Royale

[The dictation starts with what alarmingly sounds like a gunshot. Just a single one. Someone with good hearing might be able to catch Tsuna's voice just before it, yelping "H-hold on a momen-- guh!". And then there's silence for a couple seconds, before:]

Rreeeee-BOOOOOORRNNN!! I'LL HELP THE TOWNSPEOPLE IF IT KILLS ME!!

[... was.. that Tsuna? It sounded like his voice, but rather... passionate and loud. Anyone who's in the city might catch sight of Tsuna running around at a startling speed, helping clearing debris by literally throwing huge chunks of the rocks clear out of the way, or perhaps he's found some equipment and is using it to help build up one of the broken houses, or maybe he's saving a townsperson who's trying to repair a house and has suddenly lost their footing or support. He's got a rather scary expression on his face which is rather not like him at all, and a flame bursts from his forehead.

Oh, yes. He's also only in his boxers.

[Once Tsuna's flame goes out, he slows to a walk in front of Crowley, then, with an exhausted sigh, flops to the ground.

[Crowley tosses a few kernels in his mouth, before wandering closer to poke Tsuna with the tip of his snake-skin shoe (if in fact it was a shoe at all)]

[ she .. sees him passing by, and just. what. where do you even start with this. ]

[A very miserable moan comes from him as he rolls over with another exhausted sound.]

[OH CRAP did that get on the journal?! cue some flustered flailing and sputtering.]

S-sophie-san! Ah-- yes, I'm fine, perfectly fine! Why do you ask? Ahahahahaha!

[Looks like he's making a u-turn and is dashing back towards you, Ino!]

[You're probably not going to get much more out of him other than that, Ino. He's clearing the debris of a nearby fallen building with pretty impressive speed, though!]

[That's probably a good idea, Ino. Because after about another minute of this crazed ritual, the fire on his head fizzles out.]

[... and then he realizes he's supporting a huge chunk of rubble.

Which he can no longer support in his regular form.

He yelps as he buckles to a knee and his legs shake in an attempt to keep him supported.]

[ She's darting down from the higher ground she'd been watching from, and immediately gets right under there. Luckily for Tsuna, something of this weight isn't that big of a deal, so she's able to take the weight off him completely ]

That's good! I guess it was a lot safer at the castle than was out here.

[He gives a big, relieved sigh, scrambling away so Ino can put it down if necessary.]

[Reborn's just watching this entire thing, sipping at a thermos of coffee as he does. Really he's just here to make sure Tsuna doesn't need him to smack him with the One Ton Mallet or anything.

...and somehow he's found himself on top of beam of the roof of a house being constructed.

He yelps in alarm, immediately wrapping his body around the beam koala-style.]
