[carefully Hermione takes a breath. She tries to speak in a calm and even tone, though it's hard to mask the tremor in her voice]

We are all still recovering from the earthquake, and now this is happening. It... it should pass. Shouldn't it? It's only the castle doing its best to cause an emotional stir. It won't last forever.

[she bows her head and adds quietly to herself:] It was still unforgiveable.

[then she will pop outside his door and knock. The "Mudblood" scar on her arm is a bright red, too. How fun]

[ Remus doesn't hesitate to go to the door when he hears the knock and he opens it, stepping aside to let her in. There are words written like a slap across his cheek, in black ink that looks awfully like his handwriting. 'Dark creature'.

He takes note of the scar on her arm, but refrains from asking just yet. ]

'Lo, Hermione.

[she takes in his new look with a sad expression. She doesn't look any better with her arm and the tattoo, and the odd green spots showing at her neck. To represent people killed during the war]

You're not a dark creature.

[ He simply smiles and shrugs. It's very clear that he doesn't believe you and that you'll have a hard time trying to convince him otherwise, Hermione. ]

If that's what the Ministry says I am, then that is what I am.

[ He says it with a small sigh, before he glances at that mudblood scar on her arm. It looks as though someone has carved that into her skin. ]

The Ministry also says that I'm not even a true wizard. That I stole this wand from a real wizard, and I don't have magic in my blood. The Ministry is wrong.

[she drops her eyes to look at the scar] Bellatrix Lestrange. She was torturing me for information. That's the one thing not from the castle today.

I'd say I have to agree with that. A lot if it is in the perspective you approach it from.
