Thanks for helping with Easter. You okay? There's been some shake-ups-- literally-- so I wanted to see how you're doing.

[Jack can be found inside today, strangely enough. He brings a chill breeze into the library as he looks through the books, hitting up the folklore sections as well as anything that might help him learn about Paradisa. Of course, there isn't much about the latter.

He perches on top of a tall bookcase, legs crossed beneath him, and props open the journal.]

You'd think with the amount of weirdness Paradisa has, there would be tons of books written about it. I'm a little disappointed. [And bored.] Does anyone have recommendations? Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.

We can't do that when half of them are being stupid!

[He thinks, very briefly, of the time he tried to take on Pitch by himself.]

They're buying you time. Everyone who doesn't need to fight, stay together and stay safe. The people out there fighting might be stupid, but letting yourself get caught is worse. Don't let their sacrifice go to waste!

[Suddenly not having to go to school or do chores or anything has left kind of a huge void in Ib's daily routine. But libraries are a good place to go when you're bored, so she's decided to give it a try. It's way huger than she expected, though. Not quite knowing where to start, she begins wandering through the stacks, looking for the children's section.

She is not looking up, but she shivers a bit when she passes beneath the place Jack is sitting.]

It seems like most people are fine after all of that, but I wanted to make sure.

[He's not invisible anymore thanks to the castle's interference. Since then, he's found sneaking up on people is generally rude. That doesn't stop him from leaaaaaaaaaaning down to say hello.]
