[As he dictates like he normally does Deadpool's voice is a bit rougher than usual, with a bit of slur. He's been almost constantly drunk since he found out Q was gone. To say he wasn't taking it well was the understatement of a lifetime.]

This place is a bitch and a half. I mean, you put all this time and effort into someon- Something. In to something and then in a day it's all gone. Just poof! Gone. And then you realize that you've built your life here around it and now you don't even know what the fuck to do-

[A pause for him to drink some more. Huzzah alcohol!!]

But hey, now I got two dogs and another cat. I'm turning into one of those animal hoarders that end up with fifteen cats and no clue how it happened. I guess that's something to look forward to.

[She's silence for a long moment while she figures out what the hell he just said.]

[That said, she closes the journal and makes her way over. Five minutes later she's knocking on the open door as she enters. Manners first right?]

[You know how Deadpool said his room was messy? Yeeeeah that was an only partly true. His room looks like a typical crappy one bedroom apartment because that's how Deadpool likes it. Currently there's broken things littered all over the floor because at some point Deadpool had a temper tantrum. There's a sword buried half way through his couch, like he'd been trying to cut it apart but gave up halfway. A scarlet macaw is using it as a perch for the moment.

Cans and bottles of alcohol are scattered around the apartment, usually in small piles. There's a path from the door to his small kitchen with a branch off to the open door of his (somehow clean) bedroom. Next to that door Deadpool's sitting on the floor, out of costume but still with his mask, leaning against the wall with his arm resting on a bucket.]

Hey. Watch out for the glass.

[Renee entered slowly, taking in all the details, every single one, and not liking what she saw. This was going to be way worse then she had thought. The smell of alcohol hit her hard and she could feel her mouth start to water, remembering the familiar taste. She shook it off and continued her trek through the room.

She followed Deadpool's voice, scooting bottles and glass out of her way, creating a safer path up to him. Her eyes took in his appearance before she slowly crouched down in front of him.]

I would ask how you're holding up, but I think I already know the answer.

[He's feeling a bit self conscious the closer she gets to him. He's (mostly) out of costume and that means his scars are showing but, really, she's already seeing him at his worst right now. If she can't handle that too... Well, he thinks she can. He doesn't really want to think of any more worst case scenarios right now. The worst one just happened. ]

Always thought you were a smart cookie.

[She slowly sits down, careful not to sit on any glass and stab herself. Her legs cross indian style and she rests her elbows on her thighs, so she's comfortable and able to focus on him. The scars were worse then she expected, but not the worst she's ever seen. And definitely not enough to scare her off.

In response she shrugged, a small and sad smile tugging at her lips.]

Are you kidding? Smart has nothing to do with it; I've been in your place. I won't say something cheesy like I know what you're going through, but I do have a pretty good idea.

Anywhere you want... within reason.

Take your 'good idea' ok? Take it and multiply it by about a thousand. That might cover it.

[THINKS... He doesn't really want to go anywhere but it's Ele. Hmmm... ]

She was silent for a long time, not quite sure what to say. Her gaze bounced around from Deadpool, to the floor, all around the room. She felt like she was grasping at words that refused to form properly. Finally she spoke, softly and slowly.]

How much did Charlie tell you about me? Or my past?

Will they really? Sixteen cats do make a great family of them.
