5th elevator-Accidental Voice/action

[Gary sounds out of breath when he speaks. He sounds like he's been running a great distance in a short space of time.

There's a slight hint of fear in his voice. He also doesn't realise he's hallucinating the communication device he's talking in to.]

This is chief control room Technician Gary Sitterson requesting immediate re-enforcements. We need help... for fuck sake people are dying out there. My friends are all gone....fuck

I...I can't stay in one place for too long I think the Dragonbat has my scent so I'm going to have to keep moving. I only just managed to avoid the wolf man and killer clown. Please if anybody can hear this please send help!

Shit...no the Dolls have found me!

[The transmission ends with the sound of him running and cursing.]

[You're being stalked. Because to a certain, madly-hallucinating former test subject, you look like a scientist... She doesn't have any weapons, but she is following you. And her eyes are glassed over and unfocused.]

Chief Technician Sitterson, you must concentrate. Your visions are not real, you are hallucinating due to radiation given off by the Event Horizon's Gravity Drive.

[Gary catches Chell following him but he seems to have mistaken her for one of the dolls.

His eyes dart left and right looking for a doorway.]

[She doesn't know the meaning of the slang phrase he used very well. But she knows fucking has something to do with reproduction. She sneaks closer. She's stalking like a cat, letting him get a few steps ahead, and then darting after.]

What does reproduction have to do with anything? And how do you expect me to reproduce with myself? You're a scientist. You should know your anatomy better than that. Boy they must be desperate to have hired you.

[Closer and closer she creeps.]

[OOC: Mind if Chell attacks Gary? She won't kill him, I promise.]

[And a chance of track is in order, as he advances toward you, in an attempt to herd Gary someplace he'll be safe. It's all he can think of, capitalizing on his fearsome appearance.]

[If he was sane he'd have remembered that The Dolls don't talk...they mainly just stab and set people on fire.

But he has something of a long distant relationship with sanity at the minute.

He found a wrench earlier so he'll be swinging that at the air to try to get her to back off.]

Yeah...because the others tried didn't they? And look where it got them!

[He'll be running away now. He's expecting a saw blade and grapping hook to come shooting out at him any minute so nothing personal.]

[Satisfied that Gary's doing what he hoped, Bladewolf will lope along about a dozen paces behind you, hoping to chase Gary into the Medical Bay, doing his damndest to make an intimidating racket, leaping up onto walls as they turn corners to push off of them in a telegraphed lunge that has more bark than bite to it.]

[He'll be throwing any kind of obstacle in your way to stop you.

Not going to make it easy for you buddy.]

[Bladewolf, deciding just chasing Gary isn't enough, begins to snarl and bark like a wolf possessed. It's all an act, of course, but he figures if he's going to do this, he may as well do it all the way. The objects thrown by Gary bounce mostly harmlessly off of Bladewolf's frame, and the few that bounce near his feet merely act as another thing Bladewolf can jump from. He's rather dextrous, for a quadruped.]

[She does come closer though, She's standing right behind him now.]

If you're the best in your field, I'd hate to see the worst.

[She leans closer to him, hot breath on the back of his neck as a hand reaches out to tap him on the shoulder.]

[So this is what his victims must have felt over the years.

He spins round to try to hit her in the head...he knows it won't end well. He's seen this scenario way too many times.

But he'll be damned if he won't go down swinging.]

[silentrunning]

[But as he swings around, she ducks, attempting to headbutt him in the stomach. One shoulder's broken, but she still has one good hand, the one she tapped him on the shoulder with. And HE isn't an AI. So that means headbutting is a thing. So is kicking.]

Fuck you. You told me I would be safe. You lied.

[If her headbutt worked, then she'd start scratching, biting, and hitting with that one hand. She's sick of people lying to her.]

[The head butt winds him...he wasn't exactly in the best of shape to begin with after all that running from the imaginary monsters he's been seeing so he's on his hands and knees at his point.]

Want...me to beg?

Like...the others?

[He summons all the energy he can to spit at her but he's pretty much spent.]

[honeytoes]

[Fuck he forgot how fast the killer robot was...he darts down one corridor and tries to turn down another. The injuries sustained from his ass kicking by Chell is slowing him down a little though.]

[silentrunning]

Beg?

[She chuckles. It's a very very hollow sound.]

I want to help you. But you won't listen to reason. There's only one thing that can save you from hell. Only one thing... But no. You promised me I'd be safe. But I wasn't. You promised, you fucking bastards. YOU PROMISED!

[And anger wins out. Lunging forward with her good hand, she punches him right in the face...And turns to flee.]

[Hoping to herd Gary in the direction of the Medbay, Bladewolf increases his pace, placing himself in such positions behind Gary as to encourage him to turn down specific corridors, using Gary's distracted, panicked mindset to his advantage.]

[honeytoes]

[ The punch knocks him clean out. When he wakes he's going to assume the dolls got distracted by another potential victim.]

[honeytoes]

[Gary sees the medbay in the distance...and no sign of The Doctors too. Maybe he could barricade himself in there until help arrives?

He throws himself through the doors and barricades himself in...Hoping that the Robot loses interest in him.]

[Satisfied that Gary did exactly as he hoped he might, Bladewolf skids to a stop outside of the Medbay, and for good measure gives a couple of ferocious barks, and scratches at the door in a seemingly frantic, vicious manner, before plodding off to resume his searching of the ship. He'll apologize for chasing you once this is all over, dude.]

[He'd thank you but he's currently watching the medbay doors with a look of panic on his face.]
