[ok, it was time to pull his head out of his ass and start doing shit again. There wasn't anything in the journal from the previous week that seemed important or addressed to him.]

[Well. Delta is a little surprised to hear that, but he's grateful nonetheless. He'd felt it was very important to help Church, even if the most he could do was talk.]

[even though he wasn't on the good ship horror-fest, from reading back through the journal he got the sense that they hadn't had a great time either. He really doesn't remember much after Barton found him.]

[There's a moment as he uploads the files and tells Church where to find them.

He has been...unwell. Agent Carolina did not react positively to his presence after she awakened from her prolonged unconsciousness brought about by the crash. Additionally, he was responsible for placing the bodies in a safe location. [Which didn't help his mental state at all.]

How 'not positively' did she react? Are we talking huge bitch or super bitch? [He's hoping it's not as bad as 'uber bitch'.]

[maybe he'll just have to borrow York's tools to fix his helmet. Not that he needs an excuse to visit or anything... but it's a good excuse to visit.]

[Delta sighs. Yes, an AI can sigh. Delta finds it an excellent way to nonverbally communicate frustration.]

She has insulted and alienated him repeatedly, despite his attempts to see to her well-being. Knowing she was exhausted both mentally and physically, and moreover that she had not eaten in several days, he recommended she wait in her clinic bed while he retrieved fresh homecooked food for her. She responded by leaving her bed, which caused a collapse, subsequently refusing the food, and wishing for an MRE instead.

[Sighing is an excellent form of nonverbal communication. In Church's case it's more annoyance. Frustrations close cousin.]

[See, this is exactly the kind of bullshit that doesn't need to be going on. The MRE thing, that was just low. One, you don't throw a gesture like that back in someones face and two, she had to know about the York/MRE thing. Hell, he knew about it and he'd only known the guy for like six months.]
