Zeke and Nancy are...were...part of a known faction of the First Generation that was openly hostile towards us. However, there are various other groups and individuals among the Outsiders whom we have no direct quarrel with, or even regard as allies. The other groups are said to be nomadic and do not answer or carry their old journals, so it's hard to say where they are. The other options are Mineas Well and Lente's Point, but both Flora and Lente do not have terribly good relationship with their faction last I remember. So being there is unlikely though, I suppose, not impossible.
