I've now been here for over two years. When I first arrived, I was in the middle of something important. That thing is still waiting for me when I get back home, but there are people here I've grown to care about. Some I would even think of as family.

You know who you are, and if you don't... You haven't been paying attention.

A small improvement, but an improvement nonetheless. A hand-held dermal regenerator is hardly a fully-equiped Federation Medical facility.

Other than that, I've been fine. I assume you're in good health, also?

Oh, yes. My former headmaster just arrived and we've been catching up.

I imagine it's a little bit of a cursed blessing, having people you know come to somewhere like this.

A bit, yes. My two best friends aren't here and I struggle all the time wanting them here and knowing they should be back home.

Yes, I'm afraid I know that feeling.

And it's worse knowing that one person from home may be in danger by being here.

Hey, always nice to hear. And it's healed up now, thanks. You don;t realise how much you appreciate the ability to walk until it's taken away from you for a bit.

I believe I have conversed with Mister Snicket. He was kind enough to worry about me. As for Phoebe, that isn't a name I recall.

Phoebe Halliwell. The castle put us all in this family scenario, and she and I were sisters. She's a witch, a half-blood like Harry, and she's lovely.
