[Success! After over a month of scouting, Bladewolf has finally found an ideal location for castle-wide evacuation. Though he can't express "happiness" as a human might, he nevertheless feels a sense of accomplishment, just in being able to cross the item off of his current list of objectives.]

I have discovered what I believe is a safe, secure location, for use in the event of a castle-wide evacuation. In my efforts to scout the grounds, I found a large outpost to the west of Cair Paradisa, which is currently being used for observation and experimentation by Aradia Megido. I believe she uses a piece of technology known as a "Transportalizer" in order to access the Outpost from the castle. If it is possible, I believe another of these could be installed in Avengers Tower in town, providing both castle residents, as well as those who live in town with a means of evacuation, should it be necessary. I do not believe that the entire population of Paradisa could reside here indefinitely, but a large number of residents could use the outpost as a shelter for a week, if not more. Further investigation is required.

Sounds like a ripper plan. If needs be, I can make tunnels that will transport people quick and safe to the outpost.

That is good to hear. It will give you something to do during the rare stretches of time when Paradisa is not exerting its influence over us.

I believe you may relocate to a different room, if you wish. All that is required is to find a vacant room, and request that the castle move your nameplate to the desired location.

That would be appreciated. I do not have any information on the function of the "Transportalizer", or if it is possible to have more than one leading to a single location, so any means residents may use to travel to the outpost would be useful, particularly if it is both safe and expedient.

We spoke about the outpost before and I told you I didn't think it was a good idea. It's too far and the transportalizer can only transport one person at a time. It either leaves everyone a sitting duck waiting to be transported or leaves everyone out in the open as they walk there.

But I saw Bunnymund's suggestion and with the tunnels it might be possible.

I have made the protection of the castle's younger residents my top priority, as long as I am here. It is reassuring to know that I am not alone in this pursuit.

As far as I have been able to ascertain, the outpost is strategically the best location for the purposes of evacuation from the castle. It is a neutral location, that is able to shelter and support a large number of people. The logistics did not enter my thought process, at least initially. However, as you say, Bunnymund's suggestion does indeed "bridge the gap" between the castle, the town, and the outpost.

Good to know. We need people like that, much as we like to think otherwise, we Guardians need all the help we can get.

[Guardian? He's never heard that word used in this context, so it makes him stop and think for a moment. It was because of his exposure to Raiden that had inspired him to take up Raiden's cause, of protecting and saving disadvantaged children.]

Agreed. Given Paradisa's unpredictable nature with regards to "losses" and exposing us to hostile environments on a whim, it is important to protect those who are unable to defend themselves.

Glad you agree. They're all good kids here, can't say a bad thing about any of them.

It may be a neutral location but you have to take into account the distance one has to travel to get there. There have been people in the castle that have been anywhere from 2 years old to elderly as well as people in wheelchairs, blind or otherwise disabled. Neutrality doesn't help if people can't actually get to it.

No offense but your idea didn't actually make a hell of a lot of sense until someone else made it workable. A location doesn't work if people can't actually get to it easily and without making themselves even bigger targets in the meantime. You need to think about all the angles before suggesting things like this.
