[She never said she was wary of him, and nothing in her tone says that. Her issues are her own; she's a Slayer and he's made it pretty public that he feeds off of other people. It's a conflict of interest and she already has that with one vampire in this place. She's not eager to have it twice.]

Given that our original ceremony consisted of little more then a hand fasting in front of my parents, yes I am in the process of planning a larger, more elaborate ceremony for a renewal of our vows.
