Well, it's probably causing some measure of chaos for those who are more inclined to panic than to seek help, don't you think? For those of us that might be inclined to help, it's certainly unsettling knowing we might not know when it's needed.
I think the library would be a good gathering place. Centralized and easy to protect. People can stay occupied reading if they wish. The more curious ones are probably going to want to see if there might be any helpful information.
As for protection, I don't know how much I can handle on my own, but I can certainly keep people safer than they would be without me around.
A fair choice. I would be concerned for how labyrinthine it can be, however... an enemy could creep up from any direction. I would prefer the kitchen, I think.
You're right about that. Perhaps those capable could create some barricades with the shelves for a bit more security? Can't be too hard to block off a few different areas in there.
