First Flight

[Rare is the day when Firethroat feels tired for the entire length of it. Feeling lethargic multiple days on end though is downright suspicious.

In fact, it is suspicious enough for Firethroat to finally open that strange journal she has been given. The book is somewhat of a challenge, given the general lack of books in dragon society, but Firethroat is nothing if not smart. Soon enough she is flipping through the pages with her large claws with relative ease. After reading a few entries, she makes a thoughtful noise in her throat and mutters to herself. The journal easily picks up her words though.]

I see... So I am not alone in suffering this strange drowsiness. Yet this does not explain the cause.

It seems not. I have also been feeling tired and given all of the entries so have many others.

I have been warned this castle lives and if true it might be the cause of this. Do you know anything of magic?

I know of some magics, but of the castle's my knowledge is limited to others' accounts.

No one, even those who have been here for some time, seem to really be able to predict the actions this place will take. It makes it difficult to plan.

[firethroat]

Difficult you say, but not impossible. Is there a plan in motion, or are we to wait until the castle's whims are satisfied?

I arrived only this month, if there is a plan in place for events like these I have not heard of it. We should discuss creating one if there is not.

[firethroat]

You are only a little newer to these experiences than myself then. I arrived roughly a month ago.

And to what ends would this plan strive for? [Firethroat is wary of any plans and truthfully has no intention of joining one. Let the humans group and plan if they must, but she would rather have nothing to do with it.]

It might be too soon to say as I have not seen much of the castle or its unique tricks, but I was thinking only of a means to ensure the safety of others. We may need to rely on each other during these mysterious events.
