Today I have been in this place for a year. There is still much I do not understand about its ways as well as the ways of the people who live here, including all of you. There are times where I think I am adjusting, where I think I am understanding, but then something happens and it is clear that I am not.
I am not sure if I will ever understand.
[friends + Assassins]
There is a man here now by the name of Haytham Kenway. Treat him as genially as you like, but I warn you not to trust him. - Connor
[Assassins + Maria Thorpe - Edward Kenway]
He is a Templar. I do not ask for favours lightly, but I will ask you this: Do not kill him for this fact only; there is no point in this world. - Connor

Hardly. My father was well over 500 before he died fell on the battlefield and my mother in her late 400s when she followed him. People in my world live well into their 800s, if not more. And there are quite a few people here older than I am.

Stories in your world, perhaps. In mine, it is an average life span, and I am considered young by my people's standards.

Re: written
Heh, you would be correct. My world bears resemblances to some parts of the Earth worlds, but they are small.

Re: written
This is true. It goes to show how worlds develop so very differently, even if they share a commonality. It's really quite fascinating, is it not?

Re: written
The books in the library are a great help, if asking the people here seems impolite.
I've never minded sharing information though.

Re: written
It's rather harsh to call it ignorance. Most people could hardly dream other worlds truly existed, never mind being presented with flesh and blood proof of that fact.
So I would not call it ignorance, nor offensive. Curiosity is a better term, I think.

Re: written
From your world. Would you feel the same if someone from an entirely other world asked questions?
written; whoa i forgot that was written even though it says written....
Haha, it's all good. It could be felt through the paper /nod
I didn't actually get to learn much about your world or your people the last time we met. I think we focused to much on Svitana.

Do not let him hear you say that. You might give my stead a large head and then how shall I ride him?

I am a magnanimous monarch, so I shall accept your apology.
[ He's teasing you, Connor, no worries. ]
