Which one? I like the red dress better than the brown one, but I have a lot of red. It's going to be summer, th--hey! Are you paying attention to me? Put the journal down!
I'm reading. [a pause.] The red one's fine.
You're supposed to be helping me decide! And you just said that to say it. [A swoosh of material as she turns to the mirror.] I'll go with the brown one. You're no help!

Nothing to say? I-- [hold up. That was a thud. Asuka turns around. Then, she laughs.] That's really overdramatic!

[Aaaaand now she sounds a little freaked out. Her voice is louder, but that's because she's closer to the journal when she reaches out to shake him by the shoulder.]
