My name's Phoebe Halliwell. I'm the captain for the Ortus Tower and Fourth Floor. I'll be going door to door to make sure everyone's out of the castle. Just a warning- if you don't answer I'm coming in to make sure there's no one hurt in any of the rooms.
Please check in if you've already evacuated. Otherwise I'll be helping everyone either out of the castle or to the TARDIS.
