[There's a rustling sound as Renee's journal falls open on the ground besides her feet. Chances are she doesn't notice because she makes no move to pick it up. Instead the sound of a gun being loaded is heard.]
I gotta hand it to you Wade, you come prepared.
That's me! I'm kinda like a boy scout that way. But, you know, a lot more awesome and I don't sell popcorn. Maybe I should start selling popcorn... You get everything you need? Because I got more stuff if you didn't.
Let's see...guns, bullets, knife, nun-chucks. I think I'm all set. Apparently the things we're after are pretty fast, so we shouldn't get too loaded down.
I just wish I had a flamethrower. You'd think being here as long as I have would mean I would have a flamethrower but nooooo that's the one thing I don't actually got. Oh well. We'll just have to deal with it the old fashioned way: Lots of bullets.
Yeah, and hope we don't miss. Wait...did you hear that?
[There's a small sound, like something is moving in from a distance.]
I hear it.[And then there's the loud sound of gunfire for a few seconds as he fires in the general direction the noise came from] I think I got it.
You can't be sure these things move fas-ah! [There's another round of gunfire as one of the black balls of goop get a little too close for comfort.]
I don't think the bullets are working.
[After that Deadpool's just going to be moving closer to Renee right now. Just in case.] We just need to shot them more. Probably.
