[Bucky is in his usual spot in the lobby he sits in, people watching and relaxing in general. After everything that has happened in the past few weeks, he needed some relaxation. And if he went up to the roof, he's pretty sure Steve might try to drag him back down. So, here he is, sitting out in the open in the lobby. Of course, what he doesn't know is that he's on a loss, and the next time someone tries to ask him a question, he'll be compelled to answer them, no matter what it is and get really angry of at the Castle. But right now he's in a good mood.]

[Peeta had thoughts of going outside, but when he sees Bucky, he wanders over.]

Hey. What's up?

I'm trying to relax because my life has been crazy lately. [A beat. Why did he say that?] ...Nothing much, actually.

[peeta_bread]

Well, that's understandable. [He pulls up a chair and sits.]

I'm teaching Triela how to paint. And I've been continuing my lessons with Vanyel.

[He flexes his arm with a grin.] What do you think? Do I look any stronger to you?

[He actually does have some muscled arms, but Vanyel's exercises have been focusing on Peeta's legs.]

Little does Bucky know there is a certain someone sneaking up behind his chair, being extra careful not to make a sound. Preparing to ambush in 3, 2, 1...]

Not really. I doubt you're much stronger than me, and really, I'm not actually that strong. [...Maybe he should stop talking. Or try to distract him.]

Haven't had any trouble with that girl, have you?

[blue_sniper]

[Bucky actually doesn't suspect anything because Dair's pretty quiet. he's just minding his own business, not even aware that he's about to get ambushed.]

[peeta_bread]

[He frowns. What? He can lift 100 lb sacks of flour. Isn't that strong? He looks a little bewildered before brushing it off and answering his question.]

With Clove? Nah, not so far. She started talking to me over the journal, though. I didn't like it.

[blue_sniper]

Yes, with Clove. [...This is getting slightly disturbing. He's trying not to let it show.]

[And here is a purple-clad Freelancer stalking through lobby on her way to sulk somewhere.]

[She sees Bucky's good mood and it offends her bad one.] What.

Not much. I don't really wanna talk about it. [It was weird. And mun is not very far in the convo yet XD]

...You don't think Steve thinks I'm weird, do you? After finding me crying?

Of course he doesn't. You did have a reason. Anyway, Steve is...Steve. He's the nicest, most understanding person I know. He puts up with me and all my issues, doesn't he? And trust me, I have a lot of issues. [...All right then. Suddenly this makes sense.]

Peeta, do me a favor. Ask me a question.

[blue_sniper]

Nothing. [He's just minding his own business.]

Suddenly, Dairine leaps out, jumping onto the couch (or chair?) as she tackles him!]

And you didn't have to stop either. [You're the one who started this conversation.]

Argh! [He grabs her as she jumps on him and startles him.] Dair, what the hell are you doing?

Well ... maybe I want to. [Because sulking isn't as much fun as whining to someone else. She plops down on a couch, just watching him for a moment, and then pops her helmet off and sort of tosses it onto a nearby chair.]

What did you have for breakfast?

I had coffee and nothing to eat because I hate eating breakfast. [...Oh, how he hates you right now, Castle.]

Do I? [Sorry, he's kind of forgotten about you after everything else that's happened.]

[peeta_bread]

[Peeta has a suspicion. Testing it out.]

Did you cry in the kitchen that day? Do you like guys or girls? Who did you kiss when you were drunk in Paradisa?

[No way he'd answer any of those questions unless...]

Yes, both though I'm still pretty confused and on the fence about it, and Van. [Beat.] And stop asking me questions, Peeta!

[peeta_bread]

Sorry, sorry! Just checking! Looks like a truth loss.

[He gives him a sympathetic look.]

[blue_sniper]

That's because it is a truth loss. Thanks for spelling that out. [He's snappish because he is now angry at the Castle and feeling slightly vulnerable.]
