[And finally, Fluttershy has woken up from from her week-long canon-update! She slowly begins to get out of bed, confused by her surroundings momentarily. As memories begin to sink in, she finds her journal, and opens it, speaking into it.]

Um... excuse me...  this is Paradisa, right? ...The place that keeps you here and takes things away from you and does weird things all the time?

We were all so worried. That seemed like a nasty fall.

So... are you okay? Are you still hurt? I've started researching pain suppression spells, I could help if you are.

... I was home... For a long time. And one of the last things I saw was you at the wedding reception.

I see. [not really. But it does sound like that thing Ray went through. At least Fluttershy didn't wake up yelling about deadly marshmallows of doom.]

Art thou speaking of the wedding of Shining Armor and [what's-her-face] Mi Amore Cadenza?

I will venture a guess and say that the Captain will be happy to hear that; I do believe the last thing he remembers is the wedding rehearsal.

The Captain hath arrived, merely a few days ago.

[a moment's pause, and then she adds in a filter]

His loss, as 'twere, were his memories of Twilight Sparkle.

[A gasp!]

What?! Oh, no, that's just awful!

Fluttershy

[a bit dryly] There certainly seems to be a pattern at work here.

[first Rarity, now Captain what's-his-face]

Twilight Sparkle seemeth to be handling it fairly well. [despite the crying.]

Fluttershy

I can't even imagine how she's able to do it... I'll be sure to find her and be there for her.

I would be the last pony to doubt her strength. [being blasted by rainbows can do that. Also, this is despite having reasonable doubts regarding Twi's sanity/priorities at times.]

She could certainly use her friends.

... And how are you? And Rarity, and Spike? I was gone for so long, so much must have happened...

We are well enough. Thou hast been asleep for a week, no more. 'Twas peaceful enough, 'till the arrival of the Captain.

It's only been a week?! But... It was a whole year for me... Wow...

Didst thou remember anything of Paradisa while thou wert in Equestria? [sort of. Out of body experience existential thing??]

No... it was like I'd never left. I only remembered when I woke up here.

[sigh] Forsooth, this place is inexplicable.

How is everypony - in mine future, in thy present?

Everypony is okay. Sure, there were a lot of scary adventures, but every time we made it through.
