[after a minute, he gets up and looks out the window] Geez, it's a beautiful day. Can't believe I spent half of it cooped up in here. Time flies when you're havin' fun, I guess. Anyone doing anything big outside, today? Seems like it'd be a great day for a picnic or a game of frisbee or something. You know, have everyone bring their dogs or their Pokemon or whatever ...

[It didn't take very long for Peter to arrive at Ray's room, as always simply inviting himself in without much thought to it. He walked idly up to where his pack was, giving it a once over before giving Ray an approving nod]

Finally done huh? Gotta hand it to you, you know how to work with what you got. I'll admit I was beginning to feel a little naked without one of these strapped to my back...maybe I needed a vacation after all, huh?

Yes, wonderfully! It's a bit slow, but I make quite a bit on most custom-made items, so it turns out all right.

Oh! [he laughs a little, but it's more out of surprise than anything else] Well, yeah, that's ... kind of a given, especially if you're pointing it at them. Unless there's some kind of monster or a First Gen incident, you don't generally need to carry any sort of weapon around on a daily basis, here.

Well, Phoebe's my friend. She's done a lot for me ... she put herself in a lot of danger to try and save me, and she's practically made me part of her family. I ... I didn't even really think about it, getting her a new dress after her old one got ruined just kinda seemed like the thing to do.
