[Martel is in the library today, reading history books from Aselia. She has a few that still need to be put back, but she can't find the history section again. It's possible the Castle moves things around. It wouldn't really surprise her at all. She puts it down when she gets to a particularly upsetting passage about the Chosen Ones and pulls over her journal. The talk about Chosen Ones reminded her of a promise she made. And someone she has to check on.]

Are you free on Sunday? We could do your flying lessons then, since I'm also free.

Oh, and you should be careful who you prank.

[Once-Ler]
Are you all right up there in your tower? I haven't heard any of your silly songs over the journal lately. Or do I have to go up there again? [And break down the door and ruin all your traps.]

[With that done, Martel goes back to skimming the history books. Feel free to approach and distract, she could really use it.]

[Geoffrey went to the library that day to just waste some time. So when he spots Martel, he decides to try to sneak up on her from behind. Not in a mean-spirited way, but in a loving guess-who way.

Although, sneaking up on an someone like Martel is probably a dumb idea. Nevertheless, he'll be tiptoeing up behind her now.]

And you pranked someone that I know. Tried to convince he had a deadly disease?

...I can hear you, you know. [He's not even within ten feet of her. She turns in her seat holding her book.] Hello, Geoffrey.

I think he might be able to hold a grudge.

[muttered] Jeez what did they do to him in that clinic? Stick a rod up his ass and leave it there?

[He sighs]

He had a loss where he couldn't drink. All I did was suggest that maybe he caught some other worldly disease and he should probably get it checked out just in case. That's it! I didn't think anything would actually happen!

Well, I covered for you and told him that you probably expected him to meet me at the clinic. And I could have easily told him he didn't have anything. [Yes, she did indeed cover for you. be very thankful, Zelos.]

But fine, I won't be pranking that guy again. [Because he's a sissy that went to my grandmother who does that]

Oh? [He walks over to her innocently... then grabs the book with a smirk.]

[Martel is too surprised to keep a good hold on it, it's pulled easily from her grasp. She bites her lip, grabbing onto the back of her chair.] Nothing in that book is true.

Is it traumatize Galadriel time?!

[It just so happens that the library is one of Galadriel's favorite haunts. So, it really shouldn't be surprising that she's passing by with a few books of her own.]

Martel. You look as though you have a project.
