[During this lovely Saturday afternoon, the Durrving Family can be found busying themselves in the garden. Nestled within the green leaves and beautiful flowers are the giggles and hiccups of an eight month old baby boy.

The child has strangely suspect auburn hair and clear blue eyes, but he looks a lot like his 'father' physically. Meanwhile, Lloyd wants to make this the best Saturday ever. He hands the baby off to his... domestic partner and works on his biggest project yet. It doesn't look like much: two fishing pole-like wands, a bit of rope, and a giant bucket... but Lloyd believes this plan is sure to please.]

[Colette takes the little boy and sets him on the ground. It takes him a moment, but his curiosity takes hold and he tries to stumble up to his feet. Colette giggles and holds her hands out so that he has something to grab onto, and walks the baby in circles]

Don't worry, Leif! Lloyd will be done in a minute, and I'm sure it'll be really amazing!

[Of course, being Colette, she says that with complete sincerity. She glances over at Lloyd to see how his project is going]

[Lloyd gives the substance in the bucket one more stir, and then he looks at Colette and gives her a thumbs up.]

All right! Get ready!

[He plants his feet firmly behind the bucket and grabs hold of the two wands-- not unlike swords in his hands-- and raises them high into the air. Within a few seconds, a gigantic rainbow bubble floats toward the observers.]

[Ecstatic, Leif giggles and claps his hands. He tries to hurry towards towards the bubble, but Colette giggles and walks him towards the magnificent creation. She also looks pretty impressed with such an awesome bubble]

Wow, Lloyd, it's so beautiful! [hehe, she giggles, and picks up Leif so he can see it closer] Leif thinks so too!

[Lloyd blushes and hopes it isn't too obvious, but he's grinning regardless.] Careful! It might pop on you!

It won't hurt him, but he might get wet. [He watches the baby reach out toward the bubble.]

[ Yeah what's up, one of those gigantic bubbles totally popped in some other little boy's face, who had been inching closer to the family to see what was going on. A blonde haired, blue eyed little three-year-old... Who makes a face and coughs in surprise.

Aaand suddenly Joshua is standing behind him, horns visible due to the speed used. He'd been...well, nowhere in sight, but close enough for his ears to pick up that cough. But it's just— Oh nothing serious.

Oh it's Colette. Oh it's... Oh. B| He recognizes Lloyd's voice. ]

You three look like you're having fun.

[ P.S. - The toddler is totally trying to chase a bubble. He may or may not run right into a small tree and just about knock the thing over. ]

[Zelos, being the cool uncle, is standing off to the side against the tree, arms crossed as he watches this display with an amused look. ]

Okay. That's impressive.

[oooh Colette sees the new little boy for a moment, and just as she's about to say something the bubble pops, Joshua appears, oh my!]

Joshua! Hello. [awww, she glances back between his son and him again] Is that your son? He looks just like you.

Lloyd thought of it! I didn't know there could be bubbles that big! [♥ ♥ , they're so gross adghasgh]

[It's like he's watching a scene of ten years from now man]

[ He'll go ahead and sit down next to Colette, because hello he assumes he's invited to wherever Colette is??? And he watches his kid nearly mow down a cherry tree in an attempt to catch a bubble. ]

Well, it's the boy the castle used my blood to make, at any rate. And Lucrezia Borgia's. His name is Abel.

[ Looking at Colette, super pleased with his choice of names okay. And then he'll look at the baby, the horns disappearing from vision. Ignoring Lloyd because he was a douchemeister the last time Joshua tried talking with him. ]

Yours is young... Leif? [ Sorry he cheated. Okay no he's not sorry. ] May I hold him?

[weeeeeell, if Lloyd says it's okay. She looks less nervous and looks back towards the bubble. Leif is just gonna reach forward there aaaaaaaaaand

how dramatic. Anyway, leif sputters and seems generally 'asdghasdghasgd' towards the sudden soapy water in his face. askhgasdg feeling bad, Colette tucks her hand into her sleeve and starts wiping his face]

Shhh, it's okay! It's just water. [and she looks back up at Lloyd *^*] It even looked interesting when it popped! But I guess that makes sense, since it was so big.

[she nods, and looks curiously at Zelos]

Do you get to take care of a baby for the week?

[ooh, Abel. Hearing that he used that name... it makes her smile fondly. He really does miss him a lot, doesn't he? Maybe it speaks to what an amazing man Abel was, but she tries to keep herself from getting distracted]

I've never met anyone named... Lucrezia before. [she stumbles a bit over the name] She has such a beautiful name!

[oh, and she nods. Joshua has been taking care of a bb for the week, she trusts him not to drop Leif or anything sdgah he seems to be in a really good mood! So she sets down Leif and holds out her hand to walk him over to where Joshua is sitting]

Leif, this is Joshua! He's a friend. [hoooo, leif looks up at Joshua super curious. When Colette lets go of one of his hands, he reaches forward in an attempt to steady himself]

[ Well, handling a 3-year-old is different from a baby, and in all honesty Lucrezia has done most of the work. But while Joshua's many things, he's not clumsy or impatient when it comes to things like this. So he just stays still, holding out one hand for the baby to grab. Awww, it can almost stand by itself, how cute!

....Okay he doesn't really care about babies. But it's half-Colette, so he's curious. Once he actually gets the kid in his arms, he sort of rests him halfway on his lap and checks out his features. He appears to not be watching his own kid at all, really, but so far Abel has yet to trip and die so everything's aces. ]

He smells like you... Is he clumsy, too? I bet when he learns to walk, he'll trip a lot. You'll need me to heal him.

[ Not offered lightly either so enjoy that. ]

The castle decided it wasn't ready for a kid as handsome as mine would be. [Or to have to deal with his insanity revolving around family, details]

[well that's a... weird thing to pick up on. But trust Joshua to notice the similar smell. She looks a little awkward at the comment, and laughs it off]

W-Well, I've been holding him a lot, so I guess that makes sense. [but then, his second comment attracts her attention, and surprises her a little. She knows he doesn't offer to heal many people, so that effectivey dispels the awkwardness]

Oh... thank you, Joshua. That's really kind of you to offer.

[hehe :')] It's true! If you had a son, I'm sure he would be really handsome!

[hmmm, she looks down at Leif then back at Zelos] Well, since things turned out the way they did, you can always play with Leif! I think he really likes meeting new people.

Ahahaha, I bet he would be.

Play with Leif? [But I must remain cool looking at all times] If you want, I guess I could try.

[:3 She sets Leif down in the grass, and because he's obviously FAR TOO COOL TO CRAWL, he tries to stumble to his feet, so Colette stretches out her hands for him to hold onto. He stands on the grass shakily, and she gestures her hands towards Zelos]

Leif, this is Zelos! He's a very good friend, say hello. [Leif just like... gurgles because he's 8 months old and what is this]

[He takes a few steps forward to make it easier on the kid. When he's near enough, he squats down and gives a kid a lazy wave]

Yo, lil bud.

[...... hoooo leif looks up at Zelos, super curious about this new stranger. But Colette might just geeeently wave her right hand a little bit, so that it looks like Leif is waving his fist in return. Hehe, and that makes Colette giggle, she's obviously having fun]

I think he's really happy to meet you!

He sure looks it, yep! Who could blame him?

[Giant rainbow bubbles? GIANT RAINBOW BUBBLES!?

Yeah there is now an excited 5 year old, who after a very dramatic gasp is running over to check these things of wonder out.

She definitely has a big resemblance to someone. But... where is her father...?

Well, it's thankfully not too long that said dad actually shows up, panting]

Hehe, you're right. [she looks back at Lloyd and the giiiiiiant bubbles for a second, then back at Zelos and the bb] It's been nice, to show him everything around the castle. He just always looks so excited to see new things!

Oh! H-Hello... [baby! Colette looks away from the bubble for a moment down at this little girl. ah, and then when she hears that familiar voice approaching, she turns around and transfers Leif so that he's in the crook of her left arm so she can waaaave]

Hello, Adachi!

Ahaha, he's like Lloyd then. You know how he gets excited over everything new.

[There's a fond, genuine smile on his face at the kid- he can't help it. The kid looks like his parents, even with Kratos's red hair. He knows these kids were made by the castle, but at least in this case? It's one kid that could exist...if the future goes right, anyway. After a moment, he reaches and gives the kid an affectionate hair ruffle]

So why Leif?

[Oh my gosh! You suddenly have a three year old half-elven child moving toward you at a breakneck speed.

And his mother is not far behind, running after him. Galadriel does manage to catch him before he's able to do any damage to the bubble.]

Finrod! [A pause while she catches her breath and stops laughing.] Forgive the interruption.

[Finrod, meanwhile, is just staring at the bubble in absolute fascination.]
