And soon there would be the cocking of a gun, footsteps moving across her floor, and a door opening. Minutes would pass before Kalinda finds herself sitting on her bed, glaring down at the open journal at her side.

In an annoyed, tired, and subtly frustrated tone masked in neutrality, she'll continue the accidental dictation with full intention.]

And here I thought I was home.

True. But usually they are different kinds of threats that can be beaten if we all work together. At the end of the day, everything is back to normal.

Essentially, minus a few cliffhangers that just beg you to watch more.

Like a suspenseful plot line that you are just dying to see more of, but then you have to stop roleplaying fur the night and pick it up later!

That seems pawesome! I didn't really watch much Alternian TV when it was still a thing, so maybe I can look up some Earth TV shows while I am here.

To be honest, I don't watch much TV besides the news... but I do know a few movies that you could possibly like.

No, it's a company that produces movies-- lighthearted ones that a lot of people typically grow up with. [She's just the right age to be able to claim this, too! Expert.]

Oh, I get it. We had something kind of like that, but I didn't care much for their movies. They were purrobably the opposite of what Disney movies are.

I think I'd like to watch them, though! Your human movies, I mean.

As far as Disney is concerned, I would recommend Old Yeller and the Fox and the Hound for how hunting is typically handled on Earth. And if you're really that much into wild cats, The Lion King is definitely a treasured classic.
