Actually, I think one girl made one of them her pet.

I didn't mind all of that, but it is nice to have my own space and room again, instead of being in a cabin.

Yeah, can't say I was a fan of that. What cabin were you in?

She was riding on it.

I'm not sure I want to know how it was so nice.

I think it was more like she wrangled it into doing her bidding. [a little amused sound]

How was the Aphrodite cabin, then? Full?

That's probably more worrying. [ Because that person will be back in the castle now ]

You think so? [since there are people in Para who are a lot scarier than Eva ... but INo wonders if this girl knows that alskdjasd]

Considering that thing was attacking and she ended up riding it? I'd be worried.

I can be, I just found the whole thing weird, and I'm not a camp fan.

Have you been in a camp before?

Not one like that. We had group activities but no attacks.

Those dogs weren't really anything to be worried about, to be honest. One hit and they were done for.

Did you have camp where you come from, then?

I was trying to stay out of it to watch them that much.

Yeah. I went to cheerleading camp.

Wow ... really? I've never met a real cheerleader before. [she says that like Quinn is some kind of alien ... LKJLKAS LMAO]

We're a rare breed. [ Totally deadpan ] I haven't asked if there are any here, but I'm not one anymore.

I don't think there are? But when we all got stuck in high school awhile back, I was the captain of the cheerleaders. Even though I had no idea what I was doing. [a little laugh]

[ That amuses her, and her next words sound it ] How did you manage?

[she shrugs, though quinn can't see it] I mean, the gist is just to cheer on the sports teams and look cute, right? So that's pretty much what we did.

That's the basic of it yeah. You have routines involved too, something that looks good as well as cheering.

I want to think the attacks were not part of the camp plans.

What did you do there?

... Well, I guess we weren't that great, then ... [a little laugh] But it was kind of fun for a little while. Do all high schools have cheerleaders?

Yeah, that's probably right.

It was cheerleading camp.

Well having fun is half the point, so I wouldn't feel bad.

And yeah. There's even competitions.

It's something I did at school, we cheered for our sports teams.

You were motivating the competitors. It sounds interesting.

Competitions? What do you judge?

[formercheerio]

I'm usually in them, but they're judged on execution, technique, timing, and just the routine itself.

[formercheerio]

Preferably our own team but yeah. I love it.

[ino]

Oh. [huh ...] Is it an honored position, to be a cheerleader?

[formercheerio]

You kind of just try out in school and if you're good you're on the team. [ Ignoring the fact that cheerleaders are the popular kids ]

[LMFAO quinn] Oh, so there's a test. [a pause, before ...] Sorry for the questions ... we don't have anything like that where I come from -- the sports or anything, so it's just kind of strange, to me.

Cheerleading can be considered a sport as well, or am I mistaken?

No, you're right. There are competitions for it, too.

It's okay, I've... heard a lot of strange things too.

[ But back to it ] It's not exactly a test, not like a school test. You just... show what you can do.
