Case 12 (Backdated to some crazy hour of the morning)
[It's easier to just pack up and leave. Put a few things that he cares about in boxes, write a couple of notes to insure those things are kept safe and then take the rest of his things in the backpack he has, scratch Toby's ears and then close the door.
It's not the best choice, he knows that taking all of these measures but it's easier than making them all worry. Leaving to be alone with their knowing well he doubted he would ever hear the end of it, and somehow he doubted it would make things much better when he returned. These measures, they would at least allow him to take his time. There wouldn't be any rush to return.
And that's what he wants.
With personal items packed away and the rest of his things just gone via castle magic, his room looks like it did when he arrived nearly a year ago.
Guiding his animals to their destinations (at least for the moment) with notes in their paws or tied around their necks loosely on string and then headed for the stable.
And then? Taking a horse he left.]
[Galadriel's Room]
[Outside of Galadriel's room is James's Sandshrew Thad with a box, note in his paws as he just chills there waiting for someone to come out of that room so he can hand over the note like a good Pokemon.
The note:]
Thad will be staying with Nikola and Maladict, but I was wondering if you could watch over my personal items. There are some things, even being gone, that I do not trust with them.

[And outside of their room? Is Helen's Purrloin and Toby, James's Clumber Spaniel who has a note around his neck.
The note:]
Just keep them out of trouble and fed. No they are not snacks for any wayward creature.
