[ Does her eloquence means she gets to tell you stories over 1001 nights, Zelman?
And she comes before half an hour, dressed in pale blue, keeping an eye out for a red-headed man as she strolls along the balcony. The upper tier is off-limits for her now, she made promises to that effect. ]
[hey, good eloquence is hard to find. good stories are even more elusive.
of course, Zelman'll show up just as she starts looking around for him--but on the upper tier, leaning down over the minimal railing. he's dressed like he always is, very casual. that seems to be a theme, with him.]
Yo! [he props his face up on his hand.] The view's better from up here, you know.
[and he will not disappoint! and though it really will take him until sunrise, he'll show up again just like he did that night.
well, okay, this time he's not covered in blood or leaning in the doorway, and he much more resembles a gentleman than a crazed animal. but the thought is the same.]
[not to suggest that she's one to enjoy putting herself in certain-death situations or anything like that. he's just a fan of falling, and extends that courtesy to others.]
[ Either way he gets a smile when she opens the door. A gentleman is much kinder to her floors than a crazed animal, although she is not honestly complaining. ]
[he'll lean down as far as he can to make it a little easier... and then, with a good grip on her hand, he'll just pull her up like she weighs absolutely nothing and let her step onto the upper rail.
[he just smiles after. it's cute. too many people are numb to that sort of thing, and he likes being able to push at boundaries a little. besides, he promised she'd be safe. and he means it.]
