[ GLaDOS turns as he walks past her, not about to keep her back (her aching back ow) open. Even if she didn't believe he would try anything, it was good to be safe.

The way he awkwardly lingered and gave her a thumbs-up, though, made her sigh. ]

What is it? [ she would ask, trying to stand up as straight as possible. When he was nearby, she felt she had to be as tall as she could be. ]
