[Someone's actually ventured into the city proper, for the first time this month, and has noticed a slow spreading reoccurring theme that he does not appreciate. Jewellers have sales, so do up scale clothing departments and...The worst? Is the pink.
And the tiny hearts starting to pop up in baked goods, and the odd decorations in restaurants]
God have mercy, it's already started.
[It's enough to make him want to turn around and run and go back the way he came, hot chocolate be damned. But he's definitely not a coward! He can...Endure this hideous excuse for a holiday...Really, he can. As such he directs his attention vaguely from the state of his surroundings to address the journal he's taken with him]
