I hope you'll forgive me for my ignorance; my home is quite a bit different from this one. It seems as though I have much to learn here.

It is quite an unusual place, but not a wholly unpleasant one, I think.

It can be difficult to accept such an intimate place if there are troublesome memories associated with it, but it has made us who we are today.
