If I had to take a guess...it sounds like a Class 1 DVP, though I'd have to take a look myself to see if it's just a repeating event or coming from something sentient. Speaking of, when you hear the talking, can you make out what its saying? Or it too low pitched to hear?

Disembodied voices. Sometimes they happen because energy in an area is causing a sort of...loop. Think of it like a moment caught in time, stuck on repeat. The other idea is that it could be sentient, but doesn't have the energy to gain a physical form. Otherwise it could just be someone playing a prank on you...but somehow I doubt that.
