I understand we keep a small blood bank in the clinic for emergency uses as well as feeding some our residents with...special needs. We have nobody supplying this blood other than the castle. While there may be nothing wrong with that I feel people may appreciate not having to rely on the castle for that sort of resource, given the cost. I was unlucky enough to arrive early enough to witness that myself. And given the recent incident in the woods, it's one we will probably have to use again.

I'd like to organize a blood drive within the next month or two. What do you say?

I think that would be a wise idea. The less we have to rely on the Castle for this sort of thing, the better.

I completely agree. The castle seems to want us to be more independent, and this would be a simple way to do that.

I don't mind trying to do something like that, but since not everyone here is human we're going to have to find a way to identify and label them.

Of course. We make up questionnaires ahead of time to help sort the volunteers, then process the samples afterwards, the same way we would check for blood type and signs of illness.

And I would hate for its generosity to subside at the worst possible moment. So you may count me in.

Hopefully we shall get a few more volunteers. In the meantime, we'll have to make sure the clinic has the proper equipment to process the samples.
