[Well, Paradisa, your sleep is about to be disturbed by a rather loud and panic-sounding horse's whinny come over your journal, followed by the unmistakable sound of Sheena's voice.]

Onyx, what's wrong? What is it---

[The sudden cut off--is it ominous silence because of danger, or sudden shock at seeing something unbelievable?]

HEY! I'M STILL A PONY!!!!

[Shock's the answer, but there's a note of pleased surprise in her initial reaction, but it quickly turns into one of concern as she addresses a certain public.]

[Filtered to Everyone who "fell into" Equestria]

Does anyone know what's going on? Why would the castle bring us back as ponies? Are we in another world change of some kind?

[And because she doesn't know what else to do, she keeps the journal open, treating to anyone who's listening a light snoring when she falls asleep again.]

Well, at that time, she only told him she liked me and that she had no problem with me riding her. And that she liked her name.

Although, on the expedition, someone said something that was kind of funny, and she laughed.

[He nods and goes silent, thinking what would a chocobo say if they could talk... "Hey dude, your hair looks like my friend's butt..." And chuckles at his own joke... Lame.]

[Sheena looks at him, since she had never told him what was said, but as with any laugh, it's contagious, and she's chuckling lightly.]

Yeah... Was just thinking. So, wanna make this racing thing more interesting?

[She lifts a hoof in a questioning manner.]

What do you have in mind?

A bet. Don't ask me what though... Haven't gotten to that part yet.

That's not fair! How am I supposed to say "yes" if I don't know?

[She can barely get it out because of laughing.]

Well, you haven't said no! [A bit of a pause...] If I win... you stay at the castle instead of the stables.

[She toes the ground slightly with her hoof. There's a reason she hasn't been back to the castle for several days. It just reminded her too much of those nightmares.

But, if she doesn't face it now, that fear will never go away.]

Fine. You're on.

If I win? How about you sleep in the stables?

[chocoponying]

... [He and his big mouth.]

Go! [And he starts running towards the goal.]

[She's caught off guard.]

[But with a leap and some quick footwork, she's soon right next to him, mane and tail flying out behind her.]

[If only he was running in two feet, it would be easier. Walking had proved to be a feat to achieve during the first days of the change, but running was something completely different. He had to be extra careful not to trip with his own hooves and he had to focus not to use his wings to win some advantage... Why didn't he think of this before hand?]

Took me a while to get into "pony" mode. :(

[Maybe it was her training, but Sheena had had almost no trouble getting the hang of walking when she first turned into a pony. Running, on the other hand, was a bit more difficult and took her several seconds to get the hang of it, but now that she had, she just let herself go--not really even concentrating on the race as she ran alongside him.]
