Todd made his way down from his room to the castle lobby, for the moment vacant of anyone else. While he waited, the six and half foot alien commander mulled over what Rapunzel had told him.

Well, unless Paradisa could starve him, he doubted this place could come up with anything truly terrible. But he'd not been here long, last weekend's events may have just been the tip of the iceberg in terms of what horrors it could lay upon its residents.

"Um..."

Rapunzel arrived quite some time later, and began mumbling as she stepped out of the elevator. She was... Well, scared. As much as she'd been feeling more comfortable outside her tower since leaving, this just felt ominous. She stepped out of the elevator and fell silent, staring at the very tall, frightening figure.

She was speechless.

He turns to look at the frightened woman. "Ah, Rapunzel I presume?" he gives her a nod of respect as he always does with women-of any species. His voice is deep with a natural underlying growl to it, teeth all ending in points as he grins. Skin of gray-green and translucent enough to show the dark veins underneath, and a star-burst tattoo frames his left eye.

Todd's gold green eyes flicker to the extraordinarily long gold hair of hers but doesn't question anything of it.

"I--I can't! I have to go!"

She's quick to turn tail and run back towards the elevator. Pointy teeth, of all things! Why did this have to be happening? In her panic, she stumbles over her dress, slowing her down.

He moves very quickly and silently for one so big and when she looks up, he's in front of her, holding out a clawed hand.

"Really now, Rapunzel, if I wanted to hurt you I would have done so as soon as you stepped out of the elevator."

Oh, well, she supposed that made sense.
