[ room filter ]
[ Like the majority of residents, when Uru had woken up to find herself back in her room in the castle, next to a pretty blond girl, she flipped... a lot. And loudly. Either she was having another one of her epic fantasy dreams in which Lucrezia was the beautiful princess she had to save, or the castle was messing around with everyone again.
She's calmed down mostly for now, but she's still worried about the room being locked. She tried to get it open several times and nothing worked. Attempts to tear off the doorknob were futile.
After some time, she finally decided to roll with whatever was happening. And it wasn't... so bad, when she thought about it. Who wouldn't want to be stuck in a room with someone as sweet as Lucrezia? At least they still had food and clothes. Though, she does wonder how long this is going to last. Once again, she's missing work. :|a
She's thinking so much right now, she doesn't even notice the chocolate bits she's trying to sprinkle onto the small cake she's successfully baked are falling onto the table. ]

And now there's cake. Can her life get any better?
Since being introduced to this wonderful thing called chocolate, she has been stealing much of the bits Uru meant to sprinkle on the cake while the baker is distracted, feigning innocence as the lonesome pieces scatter on the table. Ehem. ]
What is the matter, Uru?
1/2
Ah, it's nothing! I'm wondering how long we'll be locked in here for.
no subject
I'm missing work.
no subject
It cannot be long enough, in my consideration.
no subject
The castle does weird stuff every Valentine's.
no subject
You must think of it as a respite. There will be time to work after this.

Gah!
no subject
We could ask for more from the castle?
And this time I will lend a hand. [ While stealing more chocolate. ]

no subject
I will be able to with your help, Uru.
no subject
Have you celebrated Valentine's before?
no subject
Saint Valentine has a different connotation in my time, but I've heard of Lupercalia at this time of year.
no subject
Luper...calia? [ Confused! ] What is that?
no subject
I've read it celebrates fertility... but it has been outlawed for a very long time.
no subject
[ Even if she doesn't know what it celebrates. ]
no subject
It is a pagan festival.

S-Someone so important?!
no subject
A most important person for me, of course, and perhaps for others too. He is the head of Christendom.
no subject
The head?! And you're the daughter? OH! Ohh!! [ Blushing furiously. ] I've been so informal...
no subject
You mustn't address me differently. I am still Lucrezia.
no subject
Yes, of course! [ But that's still amazing... ]
no subject
We were cutting the cake? [ Want. Cake. ]

[ She's going to wait until Uru gets her own slice first before digging in, no matter how much she's salivating at the moment sob. ]
no subject
Does this mean you have servants back home?
no subject
It would be strange not to.

Like... character building!
no subject
[ She takes another bite to give her time to think. ]
You must have better character than I do, Uru.
