Let's say that, hypothetically, someone shows up who's pretty much you. Got the same looks, same voice, everything. Do you call castle shenanigans? Assume he is your clone? Or is there something else I'm missing here?

Purely hypothetically speaking, of course.

I've seen it happen. There's a friend of mine here who looks and sounds like a completely different person who left a while back.

Apparently in all the universes out there, sometimes life, fate, what have you draws doubles.

I've known quite a few people who look like people I've seen or known in my world, actually. [She smiles] And Kate tells me I look like someone from yours. I think it's the same idea that everyone's got a twin somewhere... but in this case it's literal. We're all from different worlds, after all, it stands to reason that there are other people who look like us on them.

Hypothetically?

I wouldn't put anything past the castle. But a clone, doppelgänger, android copy, alternate version split from another time stream, random recurrence of genetics hundreds of years in the future - or from the relative past for that matter, anti-matter made into a form from extracted bio-data, and the concept alone of thousands of untapped universes, are all feasible.

In actuality? All of the aforementioned are possible, at least in the world that I came from.
