Alright, we have 28 missing people, whose nameplates are mirrored, on top of another handful of missing individuals such as the Eleventh Doctor. [She takes a breath.] I'd like to arrange a temporary task force, in teams, to start searching the Castle Grounds in grids. Those who have volunteered as floor captains in the case of emergencies would be a good place to start. Those interested should meet me in my quarters, Ira Tower 2112.

Why are you limiting it to the Castle grounds? There's the town and the surrounding areas which also could do with being searched. At least initially. For all we know they could have been spirited to one of the outposts.

Not to rain on the search and rescue parade or anything, but I doubt it's something as simple as 'oh, they've been taken somewhere.' Right? You're not thinking fourth dimensionally.
