You know, I'm not the biggest fan of sweets, but it is odd...when you're feeling down, eating them kind of make you feel better about things.

I wonder why?

[And a long pause, before:]

Oh, and happy Valentines Day, everyone! I hope everyone is spending the day with the ones they love in a nice way...that's how the holiday is meant to be celebrated, you know.

[He sort of drifts off awkwardly, before shutting the journal. he can be found all over the castle, box of chocolates held in his hand as he goes around, looking a bit on the depressed side.]

[Bother him?]

[ooc: Open to all Valentine's Day plotting and whatnot! Just tell me what chocolates you prefer, and if not, I'll just RNG an option! And if you don't want any effects at all, don't hesitate to tell me. :) ]

Well, that's not true! I'm sure people who don't like sweets must like other food too. Meat is pretty tasty when cooked right, for example.

[He swallows, looking over at Once-ler with a confused expression. There's a funny feeling in his chest all of a sudden, and he blinks a few times, trying to figure out what it means.]

What do you mean, magical? [A pause, and then suddenly, without warning, he says:]

Did you know that I actually find you a bit handsome...? But your personality just really makes me want to punch you in the face sometimes, I just really resist the urge to do so.

[Wait, WHY IS HE SAYING THIS WHAT.]

You're welcome. I do actually consider you a good friend, though sometimes I wish you embraced happiness a bit more...sometimes I just want to come in and throw you out of your tower, you spend too much time in there!

[His face is thoughtful, though a part of him is just screaming because NO THIS ISN'T WHAT HE IS MEANING TO SAY AT ALL]

Yes I do. I leave it all the time. I only go there to sleep.

It's starting to get really creepy that people are surprised by this fact.

But before, I mean, you hated interacting with people. You were just up in your tower all the time unless people kidnapped you and forced you out of there, believe me!

[ Have an Alice creep up slowly behind him, attempting to come as close as she can before shoving his back with a low BOO! What is maturity. ]

[Hopefully nothing bad will happen, like him getting sick because he ate too much sweets, or finding something magical is going on, or...having somebody push him from the back when he isn't expecting it.]

[He stumbles forward, box of chocolates dropping from his hands as chocolates go flying all over the place. It's only by a slim margin of luck that he doesn't fall flat on his face.]

[He hasn't turned around yet, still shuddering with fear.]

[ Alice is cackling without restraint, since he showed none in his fear, either. Pity the chocolates though, at least she manages to catch one in her palm. She shrugs. ]

[He finally turns around, somewhat angry, before his face suddenly dissolves into a languid, sort of goofy grin at the sight of her.]

[What comes out his mouth next is completely not what should be coming out of his mouth.]

Hey, you know what? Can I get your picture to prove to all my friends that angels really do exist?

[ She is grinning ear to ear, and what comes out of her mouth next... might not really require chocolates for her to say anyway. ]

[WHOAH NOW ALICE. Garry's visible eye widens, and he blushes hard- but he can't stop speaking, almost seeming somewhat flattered by that.]

[ Alice steps closer to brush the tips of her fingers against the side of his face. ]

I'll pilot then. We're clear for launch so your rocket can blast off [ she sighs in giddiness ] off into the black hole, after a quick stop at the Milky Way.
