paradisa | #004 - A Girl's Gotta Have Options

So I've been super busy. (No pun intended.) In the past three weeks I have:

Eaten chocolate I shouldn't have eaten, but thankfully DIDN'T get bitten in the butt over.
Sewn two new uniforms. Sort-of conservative ones. People keep giving me looks for wearing midriff-baring tops in the snow, so this is more for them than me.
Ate a ghost pepper and a hanabero pepper to see if I could taste the difference. Result: positive. I could practically feel the ghost pepper moving through my intestines. I don't know how people eat them without dying.
Hung out with my BFF, but that's not really something anyone should be surprised by.
Walked Krypto daily. I have walked Krypto more here than I have in the rest of my life.
Obtained scratches from walking Krypto. Dog, my arm is not a chew toy.
Read some truly terrible YA romance novels. Now questioning my taste in guys.
Met the Easter Bunny, who I have things in common with. I'm not sure what that says about me.

How's your weeks been? Devoid of energetic dogs and ghost peppers, I'd hope.

Possibly. I'll agree on the condition that it's a practical sweater he can use to help keep him warm, and not a hideous sweater like the ones that pop up around the holidays.

I'm mildly insulted you'd think I would make anything hideous.

This is the kind of thing where if we had proper internet here, I'd want to have a blog just for their supposed adventures as super dogs.

Ignore Steph's response. I don't see why we'd give Ace either one of those. Krypto's a super dog, Ace is a regular dog, like his owners.

He probably feels boring next to Krypto. Let the dog dream a little. After all, you can't talk –– you own a Superman t-shirt, but I don't see you juggling buses.

That's different. It's like wearing a jersey of your favorite sports team, versus getting decked out in their entire gear and strolling around town in it without planning on playing any sports.

Yeah, 'cause I totally expect Ace to use a zip-line to shimmy up the side of the castle just because he's got a cape on.

That's what I was saying. What's the point in him wearing a cape and a hood? What about a black or blue sweater with nothing on it?
