[She slowly puts her hands on his sides, seemingly just to have something to hold on to as she pushes herself up a little to have more access to his neck.]

[Such a tease, Steph. Such a tease. Tim's defenses are low because of all of the attention being given to his neck. He doesn't seem to even notice the shift in her hands.]
