[Katniss is quietly spinning one arrow around her finger - a finely crafted arrow from tip to stem - a sad look in her grey eyes. When she speaks, it's quiet and clearly depressed.]

Daryl's gone ... back to whereever Daryls come from. So now I'm alone here in the shooting range. [She sighed, quietly, twirling the arrow again.] I hope to whatever is out there that the rest of you are still there, and I'm not going to walk up to the castle and find myself all by myself. I drive me crazy.

[One corner of her mouth lifts, briefly.] Just like I drive the rest of you crazy, but still.

[Her voice is softer.] i miss peeta...

Nah, I'm still here at least and the castle's as lively as ever with people far more annoying than you. [ it's a compliment, okay?

another pause. ] So if I dropped by, what would I have to do to work on that archery thing? Do you people take bribes?

Arrows don't take bribes to go straight. I can teach you some tips, though.

All right, then expect a visitor today. I could use a distraction today.

[She lets her lips press together in a brief smile.]

I'd like that .... thanks, Perc. [She pushed her hair out of her face.] It feels like - well. Like I've got no-one here anymore, besides Gale. And he's got his own life.

I'm the only world from my world, you know. I miss everybody a lot.

I'm still here. [She knows it's a small consolation, knows that they barely know one another, but it's something, right?]

[Chie heard everything via the journal, she couldn't help but really relate to what Katniss is going through. Yukiko just left, Nanako and Rise have their own lives, and she's just by herself most of the time]

Hey, I don't really know you that much. But we met at the Space Olympics- Wow it feels weird to say that; but anyway, it would be nice to meet you again now that we're back in Earth. Or whatever planet we're in.

[Katniss frowned - she'd met a few people at the Space Olympics ... ]

[She sniffed, briefly, grinning down at her arrow as she suddenly wiped at her eyes.]

[Simon laughs softly.]

I'm still here... I'd like to learn to shoot some day. I can aim and fire...but not with a weapon. But back home, there was a gun which produced man-sized tunnels in space. But I'd like to learn to use an actual weapon some day so I could defend myself. And Katniss...

[She breaks off writing for a minute, leaving a trail of elipses]

I'm sorry about both Daryl and Peeta.

[It's a long, quiet moment, before she looked up at the words on the page. She breathed in deep, brushing at her eyes.]

...Thanks.

[silentrunning]

You're about to have company... Chell knows where the shooting range is, surprise of surprises... and so she's been heading that way. But when Katniss answers her, Chell pauses in her walking, and writes back.

You're welcome. Losing people absolutely sucks. If you wanted, I'd come hang out with you. I can be extremely quiet.

[She figures yup it's always best to warn someone who may or may NOT be holding a weapon in their hands at this current moment.]
