So, uh... everyone uses journals, here... But I can't read. Know I'm... missing a lot, like this. So, was wondering... are there teachers, here? Or just... someone who can help?

Can't pay, but can trade. Can teach to fight, hand to hand or... with weapons. Most kinds. Going to gym now, can meet there. Can meet... just to spar, too. Could use... sparring partners.

[The recording stops there, but Cass will be in the gym ready to spar with whoever wants to drop by.]

[She's looking forward to this and it might show in her voice. Getting sparring offers from males is good, but they rarely really go all out against her. Having a girl to fight, someone who will actually try instead of pulling punches because they're afraid of hurting her will be good.]

[Half a minute passed by, since Chie got lost a bit, she got to the gym finally]

Woo! I'm here! Sorry if took a bit, I'm still getting used to the castle. I'm still kinda new.

[Cass is there still, patiently waiting. When she sees Chie she smiles and heads toward her with a wave. She likes her energy, it reminds her of Steph a little.]

Hi! It's okay, still new too. First time... coming to gym. Took me awhile, too.

So what kind of martial arts do you do? I mainly do kung-fu, and I taught myself pretty much everything. I had experience fighting Shadows though.

[Saying every kind doesn't quite seem right, this is a place that collects people from entirely different worlds so Cass knows there has to be stuff out there she's never seen before. So, all kinds is a good answer and she's more interested in what Chie knows, really.]

And Shadows were just something from my world, they're monsters we had to fight last year. [She feels like she should just keep the talk about Shadows to a minimum. Percy said the castle might replicate the Midnight Channel if she keep yammering about it. So, mouth zip]

[She can get the basic meaning of that from Chie's body language, but it's still an interesting word. She kind of likes that.

She's hardcore. It makes her grin, just a little.]

Are the Shadows... hard to defeat?

Some are really tough! No one can really fight them without a Persona, and fighting them by yourself would be really hard.
