So, uh... everyone uses journals, here... But I can't read. Know I'm... missing a lot, like this. So, was wondering... are there teachers, here? Or just... someone who can help?

Can't pay, but can trade. Can teach to fight, hand to hand or... with weapons. Most kinds. Going to gym now, can meet there. Can meet... just to spar, too. Could use... sparring partners.

[Tim goes into calculating mood, setting his thoughts and feelings on the injustice of the situation off to the side for the time being.]

If she doesn't remember Babs, then the other parental figure she remembers is Cain. There's Bruce, but Bruce's approach and Babs are two different approaches.

We need to be careful about how we break it to her. [Tim for one, did not appreciate Kara and Steph trying to shove what happened to his dad, in his face. He's not going to do that to Cass.]

We can't exactly dance around it and build up to it. She'll know we've got something pretty sad to tell her the second we sit her down.

[Excuse you, that's because someone can be pretty bad at coping with things.]

Yeah, she will. [Folds his arms across his chest, thinking all of this over.]

Since she has no memory of Babs whatsoever, I wonder if she will feel the same way you do about your pregnancy. Where she knows it happens, has some thoughts and feelings about it, but it feels like we're talking about someone else?

If she hasn't noticed anything yet, Paradisa probably sewed the seams together, if you get what I mean. The gaps aren't obvious to her.

She'll be alright as long as we're there for here. And we will be. We'll give Cass whatever we can, whatever she needs.

"Do you think Babs will ever return to Paradisa?" Steph makes it all sound so simple, and maybe it is that simple, but to someone who grasps onto control as tightly as Tim does, it doesn't seem that simple. In his head, he can come up with a few variables that would turn everything into a mess.

I don't know. Anything is possible.

[She knows he won't like that answer, but she doesn't have anything better. She puts her hand on his arm.]
