I was thinking... Corporal Maladict in the Peace Patrol put forward the idea that it might be good if they had one of the power-stripping potions just in case I do go over it because of this place.

Of course, it's up to you guys, since you've got the recipe.

Is it just me, or is the city deceptively peaceful?

No. Absolutely not. I'm not leaving a potion of any kind with someone who has no knowledge of magic, or at least how it works in our world. That's a disaster waiting to happen.

I understand why you want to do it, but if it comes to that they can come to Piper or myself and we can help them. [She pauses] We should be the ones to do it, anyway since no one else here has ever seen you like that...

There's a difference between giving something to two individual people, one of whom I've actually spoken to and the other I've heard a great deal about, and giving something to a group. Besides, why would we need so many out there? It only takes one, Cole. We don't even know if we'll need them in the first place and I can have someone help me make more if we do.

It's just... I don't want to hurt anyone. And I figure the more defence people have, the better.

You've given us no reason to worry about you. Yeah, I do wake up every day wondering if you've gone on a loss, but Phoebe and I are both prepared. The less people involved, the less messy and out of hand this situation gets.
