[when he first opens his eyes there's an immediate burst of relief and joy: he did it. He lets out a soft laugh and flexes his fingers. But that feeling is gone almost as quickly as it comes, because he sees where he is, and there's something very wrong with it.

How in the world did he get all the way out into the woods again? He sits up, looking around anxiously]

Emma? [hers is naturally the first name to come to mind. He pulls up to his feet, looking around] Emma!

I know what Emma sounds like, thanks. [he's silent now as he looks around the woods for the source of the voice]

Good to know, for a minute there, I thought you might not.

Anyway, there's a chance she's not here. You can never predict that kind of thing.

[oh look, he found the journal. He flips through a few pages, frowning at the most recents words]

Magic book. Haven't seen one like this before.

[Chie was out for a hike when she got lost in the woods for a bit. Luckily she remembered how she got there and is currently making her way back. She heard someone calling out the name "Emma" not too far away, and always eager to help, Chie followed where the voice came from and saw August]

Oh hi. I'm not Emma, but can I help you?

[August eyes this girl cautiously. Another unfamiliar face. What's going on?]

I'll find my way. But what are you doing here?

I went out for a walk but then I got lost a bit. So now I'm heading back to the castle.

The castle...? Which castle?

Paradisa...? Wow, you must be a new guy...

He nearly trips over his own words to respond.]

Henry! [there is a breath of relief on hearing the kid's voice] I wound up in the woods somehow. Where are you?

I'm in the castle! Someone's told you about it, right? Do you need me to come find you?

I'm on my way to the castle now, kid. We can meet halfway.

[He fumbles the journal getting up, but there's the distinct sound of footsteps and a slamming door.]

Okay! I'm coming now.

[August is on the move. He can't wait to see Henry's reaction when the kid sees him as a human again]
