Apparently that isn't always the case. In the past it would appear that was what happened but I've since met a young woman who has challenged that theory.

She mentioned remembering being here, although it was a little unclear. She wasn't certain where she was after leaving but knowing that she had been here previously, actually remembering what the journal had written rather than simply recognising it as yourself? It's a new piece.

You're right. This could change all we know about how the castle works.

The castle has always found ways of surprising us.

Have you heard much about the past events? Not the expeditions or anything that the residents have done but things that the castle has done.

Some reports. Nothing much. It's why I'm suspicious.

Those that have been here the longest can tell you the most. Much of what I have experienced could be considered minor in comparison.

There have been times in the past when Paradisa has been something other than a castle, events that I have not experienced but have heard of.

I believe that pirates were involved at one point.

This place just gets weirder.

I doubt that it stretches farther than the imagination can.
