[David's words are disjointed, quiet as they come across the journal.]

Just one, at first. Bond, he... And then someone else... teenager with a sword.

Voices, things. Something's here. [And his voice gets stronger.] They might be hallucinations, but something's not right. The people aren't right... Something happened to them. And the crew before.

[Silence for a moment.]

No! I'm not letting you in control. People die when you're in control!

[More silence.]

There's people out there. On another ship, right? Trying to find a way to get to us. I almost wish you wouldn't. I don't want anyone else to go through this. [A deep breath.] Is anyone not affected here?

I've been seeing things, hearing sounds, but I'm not affected...I saw Bond... He looked like hell.
