Yes. It's simple oneiromancy.

Exactly that. Oneiromancy is the magic which deals with dreams.

Hm. Well, the magic itself cannot be. There is a meditative skill I use on my own, however. The base of it isn't magic, but I'm not certain the part which can regulate dreaming would work without at least some magical talent, or something similar. Do you?

I have as much time as you need. It will take some time, as I said, for you to learn the techniques required, and it doesn't have to be done all at once.
